When dealing with copyright and fair use, I will be sure to be extra careful when using designs for my presentations. I will use designs mostly from the public domain to avoid any complications but if need be, I may look into some that are fair use. When it comes to helping students avoid complications, I will give them a link to the website that gives photos and their copyright domain so they don't experience trouble finding them. In the event a student can't find something, I will allow them to find one somewhere else, but they must ensure that they are not violating any laws. I will check in on any students who decide to do this.

To help with student privacy, each student will sign up for a OneDrive account to save any and all documents to. This OneDrive will be solely theirs and even I won't have access. When submitting assignments that may require them to post something, I will have students create a new account that will remain private and be used for only school work. Each students account will be followed by only myself so I can check for work, but prevent cheating amongst students.

When working on my newsletter, I learned how to turn a sentence/phrase into a hyperlink. Before this assignment, I knew it was possible but never knew how to do it. Now I know how to make a hyperlink for websites, emails, and documents. In the future, I hope to do better with designing it to match my class theme. I feel like my current design is okay but can be much more themed towards the lesson and my class in general.
